Jars Ceramists is table ware loved by chefs all over the world . It is made in France, chic but not too much, with a timeless design. It is exported to Japan, England, USA, Sweden, basically all over the world.
The Jars table ware have followed me throughout my professional experience: I have served main dishes on Poem plates, appetizers on small, square, Toba plates, and now I’m off to a new adventure with one of the last collections.
A while ago I visited their workshop where all the magic happens. Where small pieces of clay pass, one by one, between dozens of hands that shapes, pampers and polishes it. The finished table ware is then tested before being shipped. At each stage of the process I met someone who told me with passion their role in the production. I couldn’t take photos in the part where the table ware is made, so here are the finished products.
Jars Ceramics is reserved for professionals, but a small store is attached to the workshop where decommissioned table ware is sold to the public.
